Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Genkem. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund policy carefully. 7-Day Return Policy We offer a 7-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item. If you wish to initiate a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It should be unused
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return
To begin a return process, please contact us at online@genkem.co.za. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 30-32 Solstice Road, Umhlanga Ridge. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at online@genkem.co.za
Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will work to assess the issue and rectify it promptly.
Exchanges
Should you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item following the return process and then make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at online@genkem.co.za.
